“trying to see God” - summere

written by Temi Abbass

everyone is looking for something. Some people want to be successful or at least their own version of successful, some people want to find the love of their life. I think my purpose sometimes is to uncover the truth of it all which sounds comical and mysterious but stay with me.

what if God got me to start making art so I could eventually see him? Maybe that is my something? i need to see God and I think its possible in art.

ive always been inspired by the arts as a whole, but only recently have I become deeply drawn to visual forms—like digital art, painting, and related mediums. whenever I see something new, I am always in awe but the feeling dissipates quickly like a friendly smile at work. my goal is to create something so beautiful , nothing will ever exceed it. a piece of art that is permanently beautiful, that exudes the perfection I could only attribute to the almighty.

only then will I have seen God.

through AI we can speed up the process.

Asycd is built on that pursuit of that “something”. Aimless innovation at times but with hopes of arriving somewhere.

“trying to see God” is a very testing way to title the artwork from the collection but it’s a metaphor for our dedication to the search for the new.

The eery black segments highlight the corrupt darkness that might be encountered on the journey to discovering more. This contrasts the ethereal spiralling of energy.
